Three audios for emotional health – embracing coronavirus

Don’t listen while driving

If we look back on our lives, we are all able to see the big events, the shifting moments, the new directions that as we look back were really consequential. Our first school, connection with influential people, fabulous holidays or disastrous ones, university, first love, our first job, marriage and maybe divorce, the birth of our children and the momentous events in their lives and of course great and surprising triumphs and sadness and yes, catastrophes. And perhaps accidents and surprises that only in retrospect we see as very important. And all of these have left their mark in some way to create the person we are now.

So, how I wonder will this extraordinary coronavirus feature when we look back? To say there has been nothing like it is a self-evident truth. This is true if only because it is an event that is affecting all of us, not only in this country but worldwide. And the effects can only be barely discerned right now and all we can say is that there will be consequential changes in all kinds of ways – to how we live and how we work and how we share and how we play.

And there will be powerful interaction between these external changes (work, play, security and safety) and our own unique individual lives – around work, play, family, community, adventure and disappointment.

But you know deep down that out of great change and disruption comes opportunity and all of us can embrace this and grow from it. Moreover the illusion of safety with no risk and no change is now revealed for being just that – an illusion. So how can you prime yourself ready to take advantage?

My purpose is to help you to do just that with these three audios:
by Discovering something good from your past, by Practicing to be better and by taking Right Action now.
